-The location of this hotel is really good which is convenient for you to reach any where you want, especially the beach nearby (My Khe) -The room is so clean and is cleaned everyday, bath towels are changed everyday, clean floor and bathroom -The room is bright and you can see the view around. Full of sunbright ❤️ -Service is above expectation: friendly and helpful staffs, breakfast buffet is good, swimming pool inhouse, washing clothes service is also available. You can ask hotel to help you in tour booking, they have 2 kinds of tour: local and English speaking tour guides -Warm welcome from hotel. When we enter the room, there is a note printed by the hotel to welcome us with the named of booker inside Special thanks for Ms. Fairy, Ms. Pool, Ms. Zin and Mr. Bell and other staffs for your warm welcome and your over-expected service for us. They are really helpful and support our stay a lot: ask for our feedback and try to change if we need something else, also really flexible and fast response to all of our requests. Even they tried their best to help cancel my tour and take the refund for us, they can handle well and please us during our stay. Deepest appreciation for you guys. Keep doing amazing job and hope to see you again soon 🥰.
