Staff very friendly and help full.

Clean room, Big size twin bed, Very friendly staff, It’s really close the imperial.Hot water was stopped at midnight and it started again in the morning.

The receptionist is kind and gives a mini introduction of the town and a personal free map. We were able to check in on arrival (9.00am) which was nice after a long trip. The room was spacious, had a fan and well working AC (room 201). The room was to the back and very quite. The bed is very comfortable. There Is a Laundry service. It is super close to the forbidden city and a 20 min walk from the foreigner party/hostel/dining quarter. Taxi from Train Station cost 40.000 VND. Room will be cleaned on request. We were able to spontaneously extend our stay there.No fridge. Breakfast is basic but freshly prepared. The shower is not separated. Once the shower is on, the whole bathroom floor is flooded. It takes a while till it dries. Therefore you cannot enter with shoes, slippers are provided.

Location is wonderful. Lady running the hostel is so lovely. Good breakfast. Comfy beds.If you are sensitive to noise try and request an interior-facing room, as the noise on the main street can be rather noisy during the mornings.

The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the city and helping me schedule my activities and travel. The room was simple and clean. Thank you so much!
