The staff is really helpful with tour options and sights. The location is close to main attraction and the market.The facilities needs improvement. The room and breakfast were basic for the money and value.

Hostess was extremely nice. Kindly minded my bags when I arrived early before check in. Gave lots of very helpful information about where to go in Hue and pointed out decent spots on a map. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Fan & air con worked very well. No major problems.So the location when I booked here was rated 9.7, supposedly nearly perfect. Don't expect this. While you are right beside the Imperial City, you're a good 15 min walk from the town centre. This would be fine if you're trying to avoid the bustle of the town. Hue is such a vibrant place, especially on weekends with pedestrianised streets and wonderful restaurants, and if you stay here, you'll be a 15-20 min walk away from all the city has to offer at night. My bedroom had no windows (I probably should have clarified this before booking). There were birds in the reception which were quite noisy.
