1.모두들 굉장히 친절하다 2.호텔이지만 홈스테이 느낌이 난다 픽업해주시고 호텔관리 하시는듯한 할아버지,매일 정성스럽게 조식을 제공해 주시는 할머니와 아름답고 지적인 주인 모두들 친절하다 3.방이 넓고 창이 많아서 밝고 발코니가 있다 4.온수가 잘 나온다 5.조식도 식사 1가지에 디저트로 주스와 과일이 나오는데 매일 바뀌고 맛있다 6.주위에 롯데마트와 농수산물 도매시장이 있어 한시장 반가격으로 과일을 살 수 있다.1.다낭 시내와 다소 거리가 있어 이동시 약간 불평하다 2.에어콘이 구형이라서 덥다 3.슬리퍼가 1회용이 아니다
