Địa điểm ngay trong trung tâm thành phố, cách Vincom và điểm đỗ/bắt xe trung chuyển sân bay - nội thành chỉ vài phút đi bộ. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán ăn uống, ngay bên cạnh homestay có một hàng cơm bún hến rất ngon và rẻ, chỉ 10k/tô. Phòng sạch sẽ gọn gàng, đủ tiện nghi cơ bản, phòng vệ sinh khá rộng nữa. Dì chủ nhà cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, thấy trời nắng dì còn kêu mình lên xe dì chở qua điểm bắt xe trung chuyển.
