It would be better if managed more professionally
I am a difficult and high-organised person and seems the hotel housekeeper is aware of my personality so he/she cleaned my room and arrange everything so carefully. Looks like they already know me and that’s the thing I like most about this hotel besides its great design & comfortable room.The thing I don’t like about this hotel is the receptionist. I can feel this hotel is run by a family and the staff there is not well-trained and professional. He doesn’t treat me the way I deserve. Also the location is not easy to pick up a taxi or Grab, very difficult to find.
