Amazing property at a great location with excellent staff
We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful property. Our family suite was far more comfortable than what we expected. It has all the amenities and comforts plus more. The location of the property is also very convenient - very close to the My Khe beach and other central landmarks of Da Nang like the Dragon Bridge, Al Fresco Village, Cham Museum easily accessible either on foot (20-30 min walk) or short taxi ride. We used it as our base to visit Hoi An, Ba Na Hills and Hue as well. The staff at the hotel are exceptional - friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the breakfast service were equally great - super enthusiastic, friendly and courteous. The property is very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. Even basic messages, standard instructions that are common across all hotels are handled with great thought and attention. There are little surprises and notes here and there in the rooms and across the property, which puts a smile on your face.
