The location is perfect. We walked down the river at night to enjoy the atmosphere of riverside and nice view in front of the hotel. The room is clean enough. Bed is big.The room is extremely not soundproof!!! Our rooms are in 3rd floor and the receptionist told us that the pub on 4th floor may cause some noise at night but it will stop at 12:30AM. HOWEVER it was super noisy, the music was too loud, we can hear clearly every single songs and it even last till 3AM.....My parents could not sleep at all!! I gave feedback to the receptionist so I hope the room can be improved.

Diaster.They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotel. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family extended 2 nights) The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!

The receptionists are very nice and accommodating. The facilities are new.I underestimated how loud the overnight bar on the roof can be. Would have enjoyed the bar if I was on vacation. The music mainly blasted through the front door through the staircase, so upgrading the front door's soundproof should help considerably. There are mosquitoes in the room.
