Good location. Comfortable mattress. Good shower. Good view from floor 7.Our bed linen was a bit stained. We asked to change it and they did, but they didn't apologise, just said "it is clean, we clean everyday". Everything is just a bit old/dated.

Our 7th floor river view room was spacious and had a great view of the river and distant citadel. The hotel location is very good.I really have mixed feelings about this hotel. Generally speaking it's the customer service you receive during a hotel stay that makes the difference between average and good. Right at the start of our stay the check-in staff were hardly welcoming and I should not have needed to re-request a hand towel on a daily basis. Some staff were very good however, we had a spacious room with a great view. The bathroom fixtures and fittings need some attention. Times are tough with CV-19 affecting the travel industry. We got a good price. They could have tried harder but for VFM I can't really complain.

This is a family run hotel with an excellent location and a great view over Hue. I was traveling during Lunar New year and the reception I received from the hotel owners made me feel like i was part of the family. In addition, it's incredible value for money so if you want to stay in Hue but aren't a fan of impersonal luxury hotels, this is the place to be.

Nice staff and great location. The room is great value too.The WiFi was unusable at night and the TV was malfunctioning. Housekeeping was a bit early at nine am for me but they were really nice!
