Location clean.Not there fault but noise from construction

The hotel location was quite good. The 9th floor breakfast has a good view as well as a good breakfast. (Included).The comforter was the size for a twin. Not for the king bed we were in. Not enough towels supplied in the bathroom nor toilet supplies. No change even on the next night. No in-room coffee, that should be pretty standard especially for what we paid.

Our deluxe room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony. Good breakfast choices and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Location is near the river and many food choices within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.We liked everything about the hotel

It’s in a perfect location by the river and the view is incredible. The rooms are lovely. Staff were so friendly and helped me arrange 3 different trips. Really good value for money. Would highly recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, on many occasions explaining where I could find a certain thing that I needed (like an ATM, a pharmacy, a supermarket, etc), as well as telling us all about the things that we could visit in the city. The hotel room also had a balcony.The sheets were not clean, and breakfast actually made us ill. I suspect that contaminated water may be used for the drinks, since for hours after breakfast every day we had severe stomach problems.
