Everything was great - the rooms are lovely, very clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom was better than any other Vietnamese hotel we stayed in (which was a lot in roughly this price category). The shower was amazing - great pressure and plenty of hot water. For breakfast (paid extra) you can choose from several (western) options (pancakes, eggs in various styles) - what we had was very good. The location is very convenient, right in the centre of shops, restaurants. Also, we really appreciate the hotel staff's behavior towards us during the corona virus threat - in many other places they refused to acommodate us, but here the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent, very close to the imperial city. 5 minutes drive. Very affordable price for the facilities and they were very helpful in finding me a bike to ride around the city.

The lady at the front desk was really helpful in helping us get to our next stop. The room was really clean, comfortable and everything worked great.

Wonderful stay. really felt at home with the staff and beautiful hotel.
