The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was huge and very comfy. The room came with a beautiful kitchen balcony. It also has a great coffee shop below it. Thanks again.Nothing

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and clean. Loved the quaint cafe at the lobby that sells Vietnamese coffee at a very affordable price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Good value for money and will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who will be visiting Hue.None

Property was convenient and in a good location. The room was spacious.Room did not have a mini fridge, so could not keep any water or other beverages cold. The bed was quite hard (standard for SE Asia though) and there weren’t any fire alarms in the rooms or hallways. Our room had a balcony, but the view was obstructed by a concrete wall with little holes.

It was really great, the location is okay, 15 mins walk to the main wlaking street, and 20 to the imperial city. Room looks nice and modern, bathroom is also cool, with facilities. We liked our stay there, they also arranged taxi for us.The room did not have an own window, however some light came in, so it was okay. The room does not have fridge, but that is okay.

Service itself, no negative comments just positive ones about the place. The owner help us and protect us to pay more for taxis. Place is extremely recommended.N/A
