Very clean, beautiful decoration, friendly&helpful staffs, great location. Everything is perfect!Nothing

Some of the best staff I've found in any hotel. They were helpful, friendly and always called you by name. The rooms are nicely designed, some with bathtubs and separate toilets. Both water pressure and fast WIFI are great. Each room has its own router. The views from the upper front floors look over jagged mountains. There is a wide selection of food at the breakfast buffet, ranging from salads, to hot dishes such as ribs and chicken to pasta and rice. The staff ensure your coffee/tea cup is always full. The beach is two blocks away and there are many good restaurants near by. The street is quiet and near by construction is not noisy. Construction is everywhere in Danang and hard to avoid. You can swim laps in the rooftop pool and enjoy the view of the beach and mountains.Some minor noise in the upper floors. Some may find the AC in the larger rooms a little weak, but it's still strong enough for a good sleep. The smaller rooms have great AC. These are minor complaints and the hotel remains an exceptional choice.

I like the location, just few munutes to the beach and I enjoy the hospitality of the hotel’s staff.I am pleased with my stay at the hotel, nothing to complain about.

Near the beach, nice room, kind staff.The hotel charged me 2% due to paying by credit card :((( , as the policy of the bank, merchants are not allowed to request any paymeny fee like this, i didn't want to argue that much about 2% and i paid it, but this really made me feel a bit disappointed, or the hotel should add it in the room rate.

Customer service was the absolute best I have ever received at any hotel. The location is hard to beat as it’s in the main hub of My an, one block from the ocean and tons of options to go out and eat or for entertainment. Can not recommend this hotel enough!
