Wonderful
The rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfortable not rock hard like most beds in Asia. In my experience all Sheridan’s have good beds. The pool was amazing the biggest I’ve ever seen. The staff were new and sometimes inexperienced as the hotel was new. Some basic things like don’t take the plate away while your still eating. Don’t ask what one wants for desert while the other is only half way through the meal. Very undercooked meat. Then offering a free desert when they realised their mistakes but offering only one desert for 2 people and them choosing it so didn’t get what we wanted anyway. Would be better just to say please choose a desert of your choice. Anyway I’m sure with time this will will sorted. About 20 mins from hoi an but worth the drive to stay somewhere beautiful and on the beach.
