The staff members where very sweet, when I wasn't feeling good (because of the AC) they offered me ginger tea and they where very nice and helpful! I really recommend this place!! :) It's also a good location!The A.C. in the room was on 16°C which was really too chilly for me, even tho the staff gave me an extra blanket it was still cold.

Location was excellent and staff were lovely, greeted with cold flannel, fruit and juice! Good value for money.Bed and pillows were not very comfortable

Very helpful staff - went out of their way to help and provide information about Hue and trips in the area. Tea and fruit on arrival which was much appreciated after a hot journey there! Breakfast is great and there is nice quiet area to sit outside. Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect place to stay in Hue.Nothing - it was all great!

Very clean. Bathrooms in room. Great breakfast. Very friendly English speaking staff who where enthusiastic to organise day trips for us everyday.

Incredibly friendly ad helpful staff who helped us organise trips and who contacted us before our arrival. Clean rooms and great location. Nothing fancy but just what we needed and family run. Highly recommend.
