Cleanest hostel so far in Vietnam. Great location, nice staff and great breakfast.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They explained everything to me as soon as I arrived giving (and writing down) all the things I had to see and how was the most convenient t way to see them.

Super helpful staff. Had good recommendations for where to go and what to eat. Spoke great English. Organised bike hire for us too. Great value.

The niiiiiiicest hostel staff ever! Soooo sweet, so smiley, so attentive. I arrived at the hostel before check-in time but had messaged saying I was sick and would love to get my bed early so that I could sleep, and I asked if at all possible for me to have a bottom bunk. They not only rearranged things to give me a bottom bunk, but also allowed me to check-in early. I was originally going to stay 1 night, but ended up staying 3 nights. The bed was sooo comfortable, shower temperature/pressure was amazing, bathroom was always clean (wet at times from the shower being in same room as toilet, but always clean). Cleaning lady was sooo nice always tiptoeing around me during my odd sleeping schedules. Breakfast was solid and filling and always prepared super quickly (loved the watermelon and passion fruit accompaniment). Even the night staff (young boy)-sooo smiley/nice. They took such good care of me - prepared me hot teas with ginger to help me feel better, having me essential oil to breathe in to clear up my nasal passages, cane to wake me because they didn’t want me to miss my bus, explaining the road map and places to go/things to see. Their laundry service is expensive by S.E.A. standards, but worth every penny-clothes came back smelling nice, perfectly dry, well folded/organized, promptly when they said it would be ready, and everything in the inventory there!Nothing - everything was perfect, and such a great value/bargain for your money. I have been traveling 8+ months and this was my cheapest accommodation anywhere, and yet I was shocked at the amazing value for money that I got! If I ever have the pleasure to come back to Hue, I will definitely go back to visit cute, sweet Quay, the sweet owner (name escapes me) and her a adorable children (Ri and Res)

Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Good value for money. Great location.No windows in the rooms.
