Ban quản lý khách sạn và lễ tân phục vụ chúng tôi 4 ngày 3 đêm rất nhiệt tình.1.Cách xử lý nhân viên lễ tân về ga sự cố ngoài ý muốn của khách nữ làm ga trải giường bị dính bẩn thiếu linh hoạt và chuyên nghiệp. Làm trễ thời gian bay của chúng tôi khi phai giải quyết sự cố đó quá lâu 2. Bóng đèn hành lang tầng 15 bị hỏng đến ngày thứ 3 mới được sửa chữa thay thế nên khi mới nhận phòng ngày 1 ngày 2 đi ở hành lang vào ban đêm rất tối. 3. Bể bơi gạch ốp xung quanh bị bong chóc. Nước nhiều cặn và nóng. Không sạch 100%
