Exceptional
The pool, the room, the cleaning service. AND of cause the nice personal (an & Nam) helped us out every day. Very nice and kind. Top 5 stars.The breakfast was a little small for vegetarians but still enough. No reason not to go. Just an idea to do something a little better.

Good location to walk to beach Rooms a good size Bathroom was clean Rooftop pool a nice spot to cool down and watch the sun go down.Room needed a good vacuum Beds a little hard and pillows needed replacing Response to emails a little frustrating as they only reply once a day and don’t read them correctly so hence don’t answer your requests

They arranged a cheap taxi to Bana Hills, dropped us off and picked us up at the exact times we asked. Very quick laundry service.All bed sheets, towels and walls covered in stains. Shower drain was blocked and flooded bathroom. Says restaurant and rooftop bar on facilities but never any stay there other than one or two on reception.
