Guarantee Policy

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Servicedefiziten
Es ist ein schönes und komfortables Hotel mit einem tollen Garten.Wegen Corona hatte das Frühstücksbuffet geschlossen. Das Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert.Das ist so auch in Ordnung. Aber die abendliche Bestellung gestaltete sich wegen Sprachbarrieren schwierig. Vom kalten Kaffee und nur 1 Tasse ganz zu schweigen. Der Service gibt sich teilweise gelangweilt und sieht gern weg. Schade, das hat das ansonsten schöne Hotel nicht verdient.
