Khi book đã hỏi rõ khu Villa và KS có khác nhau không. Lễ tân trả lời Villa là 1 loại phòng trong cùng KS. Đến nơi mới biết khác nhau. Đường đi thì không có chỉ dẫn, không có ai dẫn đi. Sau 1 hồi tìm mướt mải tới nơi gọi mãi mới có nv đến mở cửa. Phòng chưa set up gì nv thì chỉ báo do đợt này KS thiếu người. Nói chung không ra gì.

nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. giá cả hợp lý. đi ra biển gần.bữa sáng rất tệ. phục vụ lâu. nếu k đáp ứng được nhu cầu ăn sáng trong giai đoạn đang dịch covid. ks nên lược bỏ và thông báo cho kh chủ động. tránh ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng phục vụ. dọn phòng không để ý thêm khăn giấy, dep di trong nhà, không rửa ly uống nước.
