Everything is good, location is perfect to sea view.

Very nice room, hot water, smart tv was convenient in the rainy weather.Slight communication barrier with staff as their English wasn’t great. Location was very good for us but if you want to be in the middle of thing then book in the city rather than by the beach.

This hotel is a bit far from the happenings of Da Nang but that is what I was looking for. However, it does not take more than 10 minutes to reach to the action places. The rooms are nice though a bit narrow, however, the quality was good and beautiful view. During summer time, perhaps the price may be higher due to demand. The views of the ocean and beach from the room was beautiful and had a small balcony to sip a glass of wine. "Beautiful". The staff speak good English and very accommodative and flexible staff and I love the flexibility nature of staff, not rigid. The breakfast was just enough and was something for all. When I come back again, will only choose this place to stay. Pool on the top floor is small but nice with a small bar. Basically you get all what you need. Just sit down on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise.The bathroom was a bit impractical, but usable.
