Perfect location, superb/extremely friendly/responsive/responsible/helpful staff that answered my email messages and calls and in person questions sooo quickly and efficiently that I was super impressed! They were also very kind to store my luggage in secure place on same floor as hostel room/shower after checkout and to let me take a shower and use one of their towels well after checkout! They also quickly arranged a superb sleeper bus transport for me from Da Nang to Phong Ba and seamlessly/flawlessly executed on getting the transfer folks to pick me up, calling the bus company to check up on timing/eta and communicating that all to me in real time, and giving me royal carpet welcome/goodbye treatment with helping with my bags soir to soir both upon arrival and departure Lovely showers, temp, pressure Very clean rooms.Not getting to access the large lockers for free (must pay rental fee to use those) - those should be offered free of charge and I find it ridiculous to penny pincher/not provide those for free, and as matter of principle I refused to pay for that even though I would have preferred to have security of having my stuff in secure locker storage, especially since I was in 8-bed dorm! Having to pay cash deposit for towel and/or tiny drawer storage key in room (waaay too small of a free storage space to even be worthwhile getting a key, depositing any money for it!) Bed was quite hard/not most comfy, but sheets, pillow and blanket were soft enough to make up for this deficiency and I really liked the hefty privacy curtains

Great location close to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed and good privacy. Super nice (but busy) café downstairs. Big bathrooms. Friendly staff.some nights I felt cold because of AC but it’s more linked to different preference of temperature between guests

All facilities, location, coffee shop and services are excellent except their rest room. Hostel staff have excellent English language, easy for communication. By the way, almost are awesome for my trip.Just some staff(only 1) have some negative reactions when we ask some help. Their rest room always wet and sometimes dirty. My bed not comfortable due to their bed was bending then let me feel uncomfortable from backache.

We stayed for three nights in the Deluxe Suite and had a wonderful stay. One highlight was the cooking class on Tuesday where we met many other guests and were able to continue our new friendships throughout our stay. The balcony on the fifth floor was a great place to meet other guests and share what we had done each day. The location was fabulous, being across the street from the big market, near the Dragon Bridge, and also within walking distance to bars and massage parlours. The coffee shop on the first floor is always bustling and active and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great, especially KC and the others who delivered the cooking class. (Sorry I can't remember their names!) I would recommend Christina's Seahorse to everyone. Thanks!It would be good if they sold beer directly from the fifth floor so we didn't have to bring our own. Also there is quite a bit of construction going on in the area, and exercise class across the street near the river at the crack of dawn, so it's not whisper quiet, but it all adds to the atmosphere!

Super nice staff and location is very strategic..just Infront Han Market and walking distance to river..night view is amazing..would love to stay there again..
