An excellent new build hotel with good facilities and location, overall value for money
The room requested met expectations and the hotel was nearly built and opened, therefore everything was in great condition. The location is also very good a 25 minute across the river to the city and 15 minutes walk to the beach. All other areas are a short cab ride to reach.The staff are eager to please and in some cases a little over bearing but it is difficult to fault their attention to details

Friendly staff
The place was very clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday, beds changed, clean towels etc. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. A different choice every morning and plenty to chose from! Only a short walk to the beach. Nice pool and fitness area to use, great value for money! Would recommend.Nothing

Nice staff, nice stay and good location in Da Nang
The breakfasts were delicious, loved the family room/ adjoining setup, really helpful front desk team, and shout out to Hai, our attentive driver, who was a pleasure to be around. He even helped us with pre-departure health screening and without him we would not have been able to communicate very well with their medical staff. They also sorted an alternative date when we had to cancel the first reservation and rebook due to health issues.Nothing.
