Very clean and the rooms are small but comfortable. They also have a very efficient laundry service: my clothes were washed and returned to me on the same day.The location is very near the river and lots of great places to eat, but it is very, very noisy! Music and karaoke go on well into the small hours of the morning.

Nice place to stay for a day or 2 .

A great place to stay! The staff are SO friendly. They invited me to eat lunch with them and to attend their New Year's party, which was really fun and a great way to experience Vietnamese culture. They were always super chatty, and some staff had great English. They helped me to book my onward transport, too, which was helpful. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Good AC, fridge, TV etc.It could be noisy in mornings, partly due to other guests and party due to the central location

We stayed for two nights and it was absolutely nice. The owner was great an helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is okay !There was a lot of noise from the pub in front of the hotel.
