The staff were really helpful. The lady at the front desk (unfortunately I do not remember her name) was really helpful and efficient. She gave us a map and told us what to prioritise on our super short stay in Hue. She also recommended a restaurant with local Hueian food in the evening. Honestly I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid, just a place to sleep and shower for a night but was pleasantly surprised.

The location is great. Rooms are very clean and you can view the city The staffs are very nice and helpful.All is great but The stairs need updating.

The hotel is pleasant and very well located, especially for the nightlife. The receptionists and staff (notably Mrs. Trang and Thanh) were extremely welcoming and helpful with our queries. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Last bus not least, the breakfast was stunningly delicious!Some little difficulties in using certain devices in the room (aircon remote, locker).

the bed was very conformable. the position was good.i would not call it boutique hotel, it’s not. but it’s an OK hotel.

hotel was good and in a great location, more expensive than others but the location makes up for it. we walked to the imperial city in the evening and it was fine. rooms are ok, we had a balcony which was a nice addition!
