It was clean.1. I was arriving to Danang at 7am and I texted the property through booking before to make sure it was ok to do an early check in (check in is at 2pm). They responded that I could check in by 10am. When I got there, the receptionist said I would have to pay 30% more to check in earlier. 2. They held my passport during my stay. I expressed that I felt uncomfortable with this. They had no sign that this was a hotel policy. 3. The room I stayed in had a big window next to the shower. It was covered with a black plastic but there was still a pretty decent gap to pero through. Mind you there is another building extremely close. While I was showering I was being watched by someone from the other building. The staff let me stay in another room but they never apologized or helped me change my belongings to the new room. Honestly the worst stay I have ever had.
