Excellent
The pool is lovely, as is the buffet breakfast, with plenty of choice including a make your own bloody Mary station. Staff always friendly and efficient. Such a lovely place that we keep returning to for some much needed r&r away from Hanoi. We definitely recommend.The beach wasn't as clean as it has been on previous visits, but that may be due to the fact that rainy season didn't finish so long ago; construction happening and low intake of numbers means for and beverages stop earlier than usual (although completely understandable).

Very high quality hotel
Top quality hotel with a one of the kindest staffs I met in Vietnam. Free upgrade in Junior Suites which was absolutely gorgeous. Good location not far from Da Nang center and closed to Marble Mountains.Food quality a little under the level of the installations

Exceptional
Everything has been really well thought out. Amazing grounds with a great pool and beach area. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy location for getting anywhere. The spa treatments were exceptional and good value. Breakfast buffet had an excellent range of choices and awesome coffee. We will definitely look at coming again.Nothing that we didn't like.
