I traveled with my mum and she and I absolutely loved this place during our 4 nights in here. It was super clean and exactly same as the photo presented. The staffs here are super nice and kind! The building and interior are gorgeous with beautifully decorated plants and greens, however, it wouldn’t have been appreciated much if there hadn’t been those supportive staffs. Massive thanks to all the staffs who had helped me in arranging taxi, communicating with my next destinations, finding Grab taxi, fixing errors in safety box, and explaining everything about Da Nang etc.I love every single things about this residence, however, I am hopeful they notice there is some stink inside the wardrobe, perhaps due to those previous guests who have placed their shoes inside. Except this, everything was perfect.

Excellent customer service! End to end super friendly staff especially Nancy, she helped us throughout the whole trip including booking of attractions, transfers, even communicating with drivers who doesn't speak English. If you need recommendation, just ask the front desk. Charges were reasonable (very little difference if you book transfers via front desk or Grab). You can also change your foreign money to local with them. The staff also give a room tour too!Found some mosquitoes at the porch. Perhaps putting mosquito repellent would be great. Also door stopper was broken in our room, which kinda bummer. But nothing much, still okay.

Great service and extremely helpful with scheduling transportation wherever we needed to go. The breakfasts were also very pleasant.Sometimes the other guests would be loud and use the pool after hours and late at night.

We loved staying here; There were very beautiful plants everywhere, it gives a feeling of peace. The roof garden has great views and beautiful plants, you can see that this is a labour of love. The pool is heated, and there is a sauna too! The rooms were comfortable, and has all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was great. The staff were very kind and attentive, we really felt welcome there! We cannot recommend Ponte enough!!!The place was perfect, no complaints here!
