The staff is so Nice! There are always There for you. The location is super, you can rent a motor bike for a cheap price. The rooftop is amazing a bubble pool to cool down and a pool table and a amazing place to hang out. The bed are comy, clean room good shower and the location is close to all bars and shops but is still verry quiet... Thank you so much.Everything was good!

My family stayed in Poetic Hue for 2 nights. I booked the hotel after reading great reviews on Booking.com and thought I found an amazing deal. I should have known better. First, the good parts: - The hotel (it is really a homestay) is located within a walking street with lots of local cafes and bars that get very lively at night. - The family restaurant, Maison Trang, located at the ground floor of the hotel serves delicious food at great prices. This is because one of the hotel owners, Madam Trang, used to operate a restaurant for tourists before Covid-19. - Water pressure is great in the shower with instant heater. - Bedsheets & towels are clean, albeit on the thin side.That said, I would not stay in the hotel again. The hotel absolutely does not look like the photos on Booking.com. It is run down with stuffy rooms, weak AC and broken fixtures. The sole window in my room looks out to the scaffolding of the other building. There is no noise insulation. Despite the summer heat (35 degree Celsius), we stayed out for as long as possible to avoid the gloomy atmosphere. This hotel is a great option to consider if you are a backpacker trying to save money, but I would not recommend it for families who typically stay in 3-or-4 star hotels.
