Bad facilities and hospitality
The location is good but I have more dislikes on their facilities. Please read more below.I booked a room with breakfast included. But they told me that they don’t have breakfast due to some maintenance only when I checked in. They should’ve told me before I checked in. And the bathroom door knob was also broken as in the pic shown and the doors, the walls looked like so old since I can see cracks. The worse thing is that they told me to give them our passports so that they can keep during our stay just because I booked their hotel room via booking.com. But I refused to give them as this is inappropriate. So I don’t like this hotel in overall. I will never stay in this hotel.
