A very calm and beautiful resort, the accommodation is dotted over the Hotel property. We loved the big pool and our room was excellent and spacious. The staff are attentive and very friendly. If you like a spa treatment there is plenty on offer.You need a taxi or you can use the Hotel shuttle to get into town.

Where do I start?! We could not fault this hotel! Absolutely stunning from the minute you walk in! We booked the honeymoon bungalow with private pool (wow) so got a private lounge to go through check in where we were brought complimentary coffees and were able to have a few snacks, again complimentary. The room was beautiful! So big! The bed was the comfiest bed I have so far stayed in in Vietnam, and we have moved around a lot! The breakfast was gorgeous, again the best we’ve had here, so much choice (buffet style). We had a night flight the day of check out so didn’t need to leave for the airport until around 4pm, the manager kindly let us keep the room until we were ready to leave which meant we could have a few hours chilling by the pool, and used the lovely spa facilities: hot and cold jacuzzi’s! We also did yoga in the morning which was such a great experience (I dragged my partner along with me and he even loved it in the end!) But the best thing of all about this hotel was the constant care we received from the staff (every single staff member greeted you as you walked past them, so so friendly). Cristy the hotel manager added me to WhatsApp afew days before arrival introducing herself. After arriving we were informed by our previous hotel in Hoi An that we had left our iPad in the room! In a panic (knowing we were not revisiting Hoi An as moving up North) we went to Cristy; this was no issue as she had a driver going to Danang the next morning so we paid $20USD for him to personally go to our ex hotel and pick up the iPad! It was back with us that day before leaving for our flight! Amazing customer service! We highly recommend this hotel and all it’s staff!Nothing!!

If you want so visit Hue this is the perfect place to stay at. You can take the complementary shuttle to the city. From the resort you can take a walk to the tumb and I highly recommend this, because you can have a stroll through the village out of the center. Don't stuck just in the city, it is so nice to be a bit outside. Nature is the main theme in this resort. You can see butterflys, hear birds and smell flowers. It is highly esthetic, you will feel like staying in the jungle with a high class comfort. The main pool is a dream. The staff is very professional, friendly without being pushy. Christy, the assistant manager is very organized, friendly, professional. I would hire her immediately for my place. If you want to have culture and recovery at the same time, stay here. It's better then the seaside actually.I don't want to leave ❣️

The hotel is beautiful! Clean, comfortable... great pool. Amazing breakfast, very diversified and plenty of food available. The service is quite good, staff is always available to answer your queries. Restaurant serves delicious food (but of course it is more overpriced than a normal restaurant, something you would expect). We used the transfer service in Hue, and good a free half-day tour of the city which was very useful to get to some historical places that are far away from the center. We also used their transfer services to go to Hoi An, we definitely recommend, super competent driver that took us to there, even though he did not speak english, he did everything to show us all the beautiful places on the way to Hoi An.The hotel is a bit distant from the center, but is also good to immerse yourself in a relaxing environment.

We had a very nice stay at Pilgrimage Village Hotel and enjoyed the beautiful, large pool and the delicius food at breakfast and dinner.
