Staying here was truly wonderful, well beyond our expectations. We arrived very early and we were without problem offered early check-in and an upgrade to an Executive room for a very reasonable cost, which I accepted without doubt.. Cristy, the resort manager had already contacted me the day before and was very helpful not only for the check-in but also for extra requests we had in terms of transport and organising a tour to Hoi An. The hotel and area is beautiful and relaxing, very different to what goes on outside the walls. With long swimming pools (one is even 100m long for swimmers!!) and amazing complimentary yoga in the morning, gym and many extras, there are many chances to enjoy the peaceful setup. We liked eveything. great spa and overall experience, room, service and food. If I ever go back to Vietnam I will no doubt stay again for a few days in Pilgrimage, not only for enjoying Hue but also for just being there and have the chance again to have a morning swim in the hot pool before the yoga session and the great breakfast. It really was one of the most welcoming places we have been to. Huge thanks to Cristy also for taking care of all the details and the extra requests we had throughout our stay. She was even waiting in the hotel entrance for us when my wife was sick after a tour to Hoi An and walked us all the way back to the room taking my wife by the arm and getting tea sent to our room. Outstanding place and people.

Amazing resort with excellent service and really nice food. When traveling through Vietnam this resort Is like a breath of fresh air in the sense of cleanliness and facilities. Not in Hue itself but that’s a good thing ! Close to all the sights.Nothing worth mentioning

Very relaxing ambiance and beautiful pools and rooms. The food was very good and service and staff were excellent. The spa treatments were amazing. I loved this place.

We decided to stay in a pool room to take advantage of the private pool and a little more seclusion. Really lovey large room. We also like being outside of Hue centre and the feeling of space. Excellent spa also. What also made a difference was the assistance given by the resort manager who contacted by WhatsApp before and sorted out quickly the one problem we had. Thank you.I could do with a more atmospheric bar area. The existing bar under the restaurant is a bit soulless. The private pool is way too hot.

During our 2-week travel in Vietnam, this was our favourite hotel. It is located away from the center, but it is a true natural oasis with plenty of trees, plants, lakes, and wooden houses. The whole atmosphere is really relaxing and calm. We really enjoyed the tai chi and yoga classes in the morning, drinks at candle lounge were superb. We even participated at a cooking class, which was really fun and yummy. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff was simply the nicest. The hotel even organized a complimentary half-day trip to Hue center.
