Out of the hustle and bustle.Food expensive

excellent service.

It was an amazing village with extremely friendly staff, top of the range facilities. Pools were second to none. Breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam by far. The assistant manager Cristy really looked after us.It was a bit far from the city. There was a free shuttle bus but the last return bus was 9:30, so not very many options to stay out late. The cost inside the pilgrimage villa was a lot more expensive than anywhere else we visited in Hue.

I love everything about the resort : great location / peaceful! I live in Hanoi where noise is constant and pollution is intense. Being at this resort for a week end was delightful! Quiet / clean/ peaceful/ the swimming is very relaxing / great resort with an amazing garden/ feel like paradise. The service was fabulous. Cristy welcomed us with care and gave us great tips. They were very generous with their service! We were able to check out later than expected, because of room being available next day! very nice of them so it made our last day in the resort awesome so we could enjoy all facilities at the maximum. I would def. come back!everything was great! Even the driver were awsome and in our last day , staff waved at us to say goodbye! Excellent service!

Great facilities, overall very peaceful and harmonious resort. Villa was comfy and spacious, with exceptional view and direct access to the pool. Spa treatments were excellent. Amazing selection of food for breakfast. Restaurant for lunch and diner was okay, without particular highlights compared to others experienced in Vietnam.Staff is very kind and helpful, however a bit too present. For instance upon arrival, we are invited to a welcome drink while completing formalities, but which we were not able to touch before 15 minutes of being constantly asked to fill and sign papers, and book all treatments and restaurant venues straight ahead. Also, too many formalities such as more papers to fill before the treatments, documents to sign after every meal and every complementary drink even though they are included in the wellness package. This is not what we would expect of a relaxing place.
