Not good not bad
The location is good, only 2 minutes far from Danang Beach. Every staff is friendly.I had a problem with booking, i dont know it is booking's fault or hotel's. i booked a room with the price 180 000đ, but when i showed up, they said it's wrong, they can cancel my booking, little disappointed, should contact customer about the price before they come, it is better. They offer a better price for me 400000đ than usual. The staff is not perhaps trained well, using flip-flops to serve tourists at the restaurant, having breakfast at reception. Should smile more. And last thing, small bath room, dont have racks to hang clothes in there.

The beds were great, and the shower was really nice. The rooms were clean, but there was a problem with the housekeeping. They came very early ( around 9) and didn't come back midday as requested.The staff did not understand English, which made communication difficult. There is no fitnesscenter in the hotel, so that should be changed on booking.com Also there weren't any pool or beach towels for rent. The breakfast buffet was only eastern orientated, which is not a bad thing as such, but the dining room wasn't kept tidy during the breakfast. The floor was covered in food, and the tables weren't clean either.
