Staff. We nice and easy communication, contant attention and care. Recommendations where to eat or what to visit. Clean and nice room.Trash bins were not emptied during the regular clean. There was an induction hob, however it was only one regular pan, fortunately there was an induction pan in the common kitchen. It' pretty much the only things to improve.

I made this reservation and checked in within 20 minutes because the train I was hoping to take to Nha Trang was fully booked and I couldn't catch a train until the next morning. The host gave a great food recommendation which was a nice bonus. The room is in downtown Nha Trang so quite far from the beach if that's what you are looking for, but just a 15-minute walk to the train station and close by lots of shops of restaurants. Da Nang is a nice town too.

The staff were super friendly and made us both feel like family. They took care of everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but it was really the staff who made it special. They made us really feel taken care of and made us happy just with their presence. Their smiles are contagious. We would be happy to come back here again. Everyone should stay here if they can.

Superb location right in the very center of the city, 5m walk away from the Dragon Bridge, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Bed is spacious and very comfy. Bathtub was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well equipped with basic utensils which we used for the food that we ordered in. The penthouse is beautifully furnished with everything you need (and even more). I was surprised to see loudspeakers in our room and signed in Netflix accounts on our TV. We had a living room of our own and could climb to the top of the building, from there we had a spectacular view of the entire city. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful before, during, and after our stay. They went out of their way to make our experience at Da Nang as pleasant as possible. Oh and the price is very affordable given all the abundant amenities. Would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone we know.None

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's brand new, and the rooms are very comfortable: spacious bathroom, queen size bed and even Netflix available! It's possible to rent scooters for a very affordable price, and laundry is free. But above all, the staff was very kind, friendly and gave us many information about our stay in Da Nang. Don't hesitate to add the staff on WhatsApp! They even offered us free pick up from the airport at our arrival and departure. Thanks again Sue and her staff!
