The staff at the hotel were excellent.I liked everything about the property.

The check in process - given tea and a snack right when we arrived was lovely. It allowed us to take a moment between the craziness of getting from the airport to our room. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Sent us to the best places to eat, relax and entertain ourselves.

Good location for bars, restaurants, river etc yet quiet at night. Spacious room. Helpful staff.For the price, hard to complain

Great location, attentive staff, and good value. It was a difficult time during the COVID-19 crisis. The hotel allowed my wife and I to cancel 1 night of our stay without penalty in order to return home per recommendations of the U.S. State Department. We appreciated their concern for our well-being.We were spoiled in other hotels in Vietnam, which we stayed in, that had a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Missed having that feature at the Orchid Hotel. I appreciate the fact that this hotel can't simply build a rooftop pool to satisfy customers such as myself.
