This is a great little hotel and right in the heart of Hanoi. Great location and Nancy on the front desk was excellent. Nancy speaks great english is very very helpful and will go out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Nothing it was great and very close to town. We would stay here again and highly recommened it to other travellers.

The hotel is close to Trang Tien , the main Bridge, the citadel, the eateries and not very noisy street. Clean, bathtub. We are group of 5, German and Vietnamses. I have 2nd floor twin for single. Easy to get down staircase, while the lift is small. The staff help to buy River boat tĩcket.No

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Reception very professional, impressive. Location was in middle of restaurants and bars. Very close to river walk which is a good way to get to the Citadel. My one regret is I tipped bellman 2000 vd instead of 2000 on leaving. Too many zeros to get used to. No disrespect intended. Hint, if your a waking traveler take river walk to first bridge take right walkway to get to market. You can the head to Citadel. From Citadel take second bridge(now first) right walkway to river walk.
