the hotel staff is very friendly.For tourist activities, the hotel has provided a very good limousine service. For breakfast there was a small breakfast card. You have to pre-order on the eve. It was all freshly prepared.The hotel is very offside. In the immediate vicinity there are no shops restaurants etc. You have to walk at least 500 meters to get to the nearest restaurant or shop. The beach is at least 15 to 30 minutes by taxi.

The staff are doing this place to something extraordinary. It feels like home. I love them and miss them already. They are really showing hospitality on a great level. I appreciated the tours with driver that the hotel offers, and that they booked pizza for me. Good and cheap laundry.The hygiene in kitchen does not hold western standards. Should improve. I got sick last day after breakfast. Was ok before. The hotel is not very centrally located. Too many stray dogs outside. But with taxi or moped ok. You can borrow bicyckle for free. Missing a restaurant in hotel. But they sell beer and soda. Put water bottle in room. Not filtered water.

The staff here are phenomenal, they are helpful and friendly at all hours. They helped us book a driver to Ba Na hills and made amazing breakfasts. There is also a pool with chairs that overlook the river which is a cool place to chill in the evenings. It looks a but dodgy going down the road to the hotel, but it is a friendly area away from the main town/beach and is much quieter than lots of other hotels.Whilst the staff were amazing and lovely, the room itself could do with a little bit of work. There were stains and little holes in the towels and the bedding, and marks on the walls.

Staff very obliging and attentive, room very clean and serviced daily...breakfast provided and cooked to your choice and very tasty.The distance from city centre little far for someone who has difficulty walking long distances
