Abgesehen von der Falschinformation bei der Buchung, sehr guter und freundlicher Service.
Sehr gute Lage. Empfang im Hotel freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer als Solches recht klein aber sauber. Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Manager/Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Sehenswürdigkeiten von Hue mittels kleiner Karte ausführlich erklärt und beschrieben.Hatte Hotel vor der Buchung angeschrieben und um Bestätigung gebeten, dass Hotel wie ausgeschrieben, voll rollstuhlgängig ist. Mit explizitem Hinweis, dass mir beide Beine fehlen, ich also vollständig auf Rollstuhl angewiesen bin. Vor allem Breite der Türöffnung zu Bad und Dusche sind für mich relevant. Vom Manager wurde mir schriftlich bestätigt, dass alle Türen eine Öffnung vom mind. 70cm aufweisen. Weit gefehlt. Mein Rollstuhl, 66cm breit, kam nicht annähernd ins Bad rein. Musste jedes Mal auf dem kleinen Sessel aus dem Zimmer von meinem Partner zu Toilette und Dusche gezerrt werden! Hotel ist definitiv nicht rollstuhlgängig!!!
