Room upgrade - we were given ocean views. We woke up late after breakfast finished and management arranged the chef to cook meals for us. Never had this in any other hotel. Management took the time twice to ask for feedback over a one night stay. And also was sociable to chat on our final moments in the hotel. Management chatted on the phone to uber driver for us. Bags were brought to our room. Staff looked into tour booking for us. Able to talk to management directly via WhatsApp. Only one street away from the beach and so close to restaurants like American cafe which we ate twice at. Wifi was great and stable.Curtains don't block out blinding sun at 5am. No English TV channels. Bed had no support from bad springs so I had back spasms in the morning and couldn't walk. No area in shower to rest soap etc. All has to be placed on the floor. Pool too small but roof has nice view. Gym equipment is way too little and area in disrepair. Lastly no fault of the hotel but there is construction work across the road 24/7. Management discussed how new beds are going in and TV channels and curtains would be looked into. If these things in the room were changed I would happily stay again even with construction noise. I felt very welcomed at this hotel.

Amazing view from the sea view room. The room we have got like an upgrade from the hotel for free, instead of the standard room. Stuff is absolutely amazing, they were always happy to help us and were always smiling. We have been there after Covid, so the hotel was empty, breakfast was from the menu, which you always chose the day before, absolutely yummy. Although the hotel was empty it was clean even the pool on the roof. Highly reccomended. The price-quality ratio is outstanding!

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in king room. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Cleaning service was cleaning every day. Location of the hotel is very good, only few minutes walk to the really beautiful beach. We recommend this hotel. :).The view from the room was not so great as on the photos, there is view on the other hotels and constructions. We had really loud neighbours and the staff kindly ask them to keep quiet.
