Staff were lovely and accommodating and went of their way to help us. 10/10 would recommend.

This hotel excels in it's category. The service at this hotel is impeccable and I would say there are details that makes this hotel a borderline 5 star hotel. Our flight to Da nang was delayed at least 3 times and I kept having to change my pickup time. At some point the hotel could not contact me so they went online, checked for my flight and made sure the driver was there when I arrived. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room on a higher floor with amazing view! Before checking in we spoke to 1 of the lady's at the concierge regarding things we wanted to do. Within minutes of us checking in and returning to her, she had wrote down everything we had said in an itinerary style for us to make the most of our time in Da nang. The Sky Bar is really cool. They have hookah and a DJ who plays good music. A big big thank you to everyone who works at this hotel and especially to the ladies at the concierge.There could have been a bit more variety and options at the breakfast and the staff should be able to communicate in english. There was alot of korean foods and other asian. Makes sense I guess seeing as 99% of the guests were Korean.

Everything about this hotel was excellent and exciting our expectations. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Service is comparable to our stay at intercontinental da nang and rooms were outstanding. Plenty of local food options with just a short walk and bike hire place right next door also had a vinmart two houses away. Would recommend staying in this area rather then the beach side as it’s only a 10 minutes bike ride to the beach while far away from those upscale restaurants that are for tourists.Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Hotel recently opened again. Very good service at the reception, very kind employees. Rooms in a very good shape. Breakfast ok, everything had to be ordered, no self service. Quality good. Nice - supposedly best-in-town-club next door, definitely a must go for the Vietnamese Party Culture. All in all excellent assistance good service and a good location. 45min on foot to the beach. By taxi, 10-12min to esco bar, we highly recommend, check out the nice street restaurants next door. All of decent quality.
