.the things in the description of the hostel are not true. No buffet breakfast, no windows in some rooms. It be, you choose this hostel because you think that you will have some conditions and it is no true. And at the same time you have hostel with the same real conditions and price but with a much better location. not clean. everything very dirty

+breakfast: chocolate milkshake is delicious. Banana pancakes both honey and chocolate also tasty. Fruit given as a pallet cleanser. Fried noodles with egg has a yummy sauce. +Dinner: better than Hanoi Pho we tried. Try the Hue pancake with shrimp and peanut sauce. Favorite food I tried I'm Hue. +Once I figured out there was a switch to heat the water on the outside of the bathroom, the water pressure was good. +Cleaner asked if we wanted the room clean even though we stayed only 2 nights it was nice getting fresh towels. +The owner and his wife are nice and the husband owner always smiles at his costumers. +Fridge in the room. Water available (again wasn't told but saw it upon leaving). +Good wifi connection, but lost network on the balcony or in the bathroom +Turn to the right and walk down 50m, salon on corner. Honest workers and prices. I got a Mani/pedi and facial massage (MUST get the face and head massage!) Vnd 100,000 at time of review. Definitely go there for self care. Highlight of my rainy time in Hue, tbh...-Reserved room w/ balcony and got a room w a window overlooking the balcony. Feels misleading as there's an open door at the end of a hallway and anyone can go on the balcony. In fact, after a shower I was naked and saw a guy in front of my window on the balcony! -Upon arrival, didn't receive a map or explanation of nearby attractions to visit until we asked the following day. Felt disoriented until then plus the map wasn't drawn to scale (or the dot drawn of where she said we were was incorrect). Also didn't receive an explanation of the room facilities, particular that there was a switch for the hot water heater, so had to take a cold shower while turning up the water heater and wondering why it wasn't hot and the pressure was so low. Didn't get an explanation of the 70.000vnd dinner mentioned on the booking site. Communication goes a long way and was subpar. -went downstairs 5am to work and the main balcony second floor was locked and ground Floor. Wasn't opened until 650am. In the meantime I was locked in with a big fuzzy rat. It ran near the fishtank when I went to take a picture. I worked with my legs up on the table until 650pm.

Breakfast was great, adapted banana pancakes to make them vegan! Lots of free water much appreciated. Very helpful host. Booked us a very affordable but good Hai Van Pass motorbike tour to Hoi An.Door didnt lock/shut on one of the shared bathrooms. The room was very bright even with the blinds closed on the 4th floor because of fairylights outside and other buildings. The room was very small but we only stayed 1 night so was okay. Didnt get a key to lock our room

Cheap.1. Air conditioners are so weak! 2. Drap, pillow and blanket hygene is very low! 3. Bad access and parking for cars!
