Potete trovare di meglio
Buon 4 stelle, staff gentile e disponibile. Piscina e stanza pulite e confortevoli Ristorante all'ultimo piano molto carino Colazione molto buona e con moltissima scelta!- L'hotel è in una zona dove non ci sono ristoranti...nessun ristorante!!! - Hanno prenotato per noi uno sleeping bus per Hoi An con la An Phu Travel...assolutamente pessima!!!!!!! Non è colpa dell'hotel ma ci siamo stupite che un hotel 4 stelle si appoggi ad una compagnia così pessima

Confortable, bien situé mais accueil non adapté
L’emplacement près de la gare et proche de le citadelle impériale.L’accueil le soir non adapté et peu professionnel. Il n’est pas agréable de nous demander de régler la chambre à l’arrivée en ne voulant pas nous rendre notre passeport. Ceci ne se fait nulle part ailleurs dans des hôtels de cette catégorie. The reception in the evening was not adapted and not professional. It’s unpleasant to impose to pay the room just on arriving and to refuse to give back our passeports if we don’t. It’s very unusual and unpleasant in such a luxury hotel.
