The breakfast was great and room was nice and quiet (except the bed). Great location. Value for money ok.Hotel and room old and dated. Bed was super noisy. And shampoo was half used with hair on the bottle. Staff not as friendly as other places we have stayed in Vietnam.

Rooms large and comfy.General areas tired. Staff were frankly lazy and unfriendly not bothered about pleasing guests(or just doing their jobs)May as well close roof top Bar offer cocktails but do not have the spirits to make them hence why it was always empty.

Good location next to plenty of nightlife and food places.The wifi was a bit slow but very usable for light browsing.

The location is good, shops around including supermarket and restaurants. Friendly staff. Thank you for honey moon welcome, it was very lovely. :-).1. Swimming pool is cold, we avoided it :-( 2. Breakfast buffet is not refilled after 9:00 even the breakfast is until 10:00. 3. Unfortunately we lost our room card (our fault), we were charged 100,000VND, it is not a lot of money (3.80$), but really leaves a bad taste.

The location for Hue is great.The communal areas (apart from the main lobby) were dirty. Ants on the tables at breakfast and the chair covers and table cloths covered in dried food. We decided not to eat. The bathroom was tired and dirty, we paid a premium above other hotels in Hue but from our experience should have saved our money. The most expensive but worst hotel of our entire trip in Vietnam (and we did an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue!!!). Thankfully we only stayed one night.
