Good location. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, even 24/7 minimarts. Clean and refurbished rooms. Very big and comfortable bed. Good breakfast with many options. The hotel is non-smoking.Poor soundproofing. Noisy even on the 10th floor. I could also hear neighbors talking, watching TV, coming and going. Room was much smaller than I expected. It said it would be 20 m2, in fact what I got was barely 10 m2, bathroom included. The pool is more of a decoration. Bad luck with street construction nearby. Crazy noise and vibrations.
