Value for money. The breakfast was good. There are convenience stores not far from hotel. You can watch Netflix in the room.A reception kept my passport because I didn't pay when I checked-in. But she won't tell anything about payment when check-in until I realized myself that I forgot my passport

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed. 5 Minute walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and smily. Lovely pool on the roof.Too noisy for me I'm afraid! I value sleep on my holidays but too many noisy Chinese families in this hotel. I moved rooms to a higher floor because the room next to me had many people visiting the room, shouting and slamming doors. I then had 24 hours of peace and quiet before that floor filled up with noisy families. The design of the hotel means all the room doors face each other in a square and the area by the lift gets very noisy. There was slamming of doors and shouting (right next to the 'please be quiet' sign...sigh) from early morning to late at night which I just did not find relaxing. Also, some guests left their room doors open, meaning you could hear their children shouting from inside the room too! Breakfast wasn't up to much and was finished very early by 9:30am, so I only ate there once even though stayed for a week. I live in Asia and do not expect all hotel staff to speak perfect english but it was hard work even trying to ask simple questions at reception. It's a shame as I really like the hotel itself and staff were very friendly, so want to give a good review but I came back from my holiday tired, which is never good!
