the staff were all very young but extreamley helpful and happy to always help. The facilities at the hotel were good and the pool really nice at the end of the day. As a base this is an excellent hotel and value for money.The only problem we have was with a taxi booked by the hotel, The price etc was all agreed and written down by the hotel, but on the return with the taxi from Hoi an the driver then tried to get more money, the receptionest tried to sort this, but was young and not able to deal with difficult situations and the driver was directing his anger at her. We paid the extra in the end as was not happy with the driver directing his anger at the young receptionest. would suggest that if any taxi are booked by the hotel that they look at the companies they use..

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Super clean apartment . Anything we asked for we got . All the staff were very young but super efficient. I would definitely return .Liked everything. The only suggestion I have would be to have an ac unit or fans in the small gym as it got pretty hot .

It's an amazing apartman hotel. The room was huge, clean and quiet even during the football period. We used the washing machine and it worked well. The aircon worked well too. It is not that close to the centre as we thought but it was fine.We really missed a drying rack or a place where we can hang our clothes to get dry after the use of the washing machine.

We stayed in Meliora for 3 nights as a couple. Well to start the property is very new and this has its own advantages. All the facilities are brand new. I booked this apartment specifically for the washing machine and the space in the room. The washing machine worked perfectly okay and we ended up using it on all 3 nights after busy days of sight seeing. The location is quite near to the beach so you can walk quickly to the beach. The breakfast options are quite good mostly comprising of Asian options and keeps changing everyday. Thank you Meliora for the amazing stay.Please arrange for a drying rack for the washed clothes. It would be perfect then. Also, it would be great if the staff can speak better English. One more thing would be keep the bathroom amenities well stocked (soap,shampoo etc)
