All service is very good including lobby, massage or staff at restaurant and swimming pool. Also, The best view from the hotel. Besides, every day we got the snack(cookies) and the prediction of next day weather from hotel which is very warm.Seems every night there would be a small carnivals held on the beach and some snack seller would play their recording at mid night, those noise quite loud and we could hear clearly in the room.

Our third time in Vietnam and our first time in Danang. The location is great. Directly at the beach. You have an amazing panoramic view from the Pool Bar and its infinity pool is so much fun! The views from this hotel are incredible! We had a partial ocean view room and let me tell you.. it was stunning. The staff was super friendly, always helpful and fun to talk with. My mom has to use a wheelchair so our travels are always a little adventurous and barrier-free travel is very important for us. The Mandila was perfect! Access to all the hotel facilities, enough space to get around with a wheelchair and their staff always happy to help us out. The pool area is spot on! Whereas I would recommend to keep the pool a bit cleaner. Just make sure the water quality is good and it looks clear and fresh! We spent one whole day at the pool and enjoyed the food and drinks up their. They also have a Sky Lounge which is amazing. The views at night are stunning and you really can chill and just take a break. Also important to mention is the breakfast: Huge variety of all the things you want to have for breakfast. From fresh fruits, asian food, phó to delish omelette and a nice cup of vietnamese coffee! Their breakfast is really really good! Their whole food is nice. As the location of the hotel is on the beach strip we did not go out to the local areas that much. So we ate at the hotel and it was nice! Just be aware that there might be some noises from outside, but once you close all our windows, you should be fine. :) And make sure you get a bus shuttle to Hoi An! We spent an evening there in the ancient town and it was beautiful! Make sure you get there for sunset. It might be crowded, but it is worth! :).The pool could have been a bit cleaner. At least the water. The tiles seem a bit old and might need a do over, but this is just a tiny thing. Nothing much to complain about our stay.

I have asked to change my room since the street was a little noisy- the staff helped me very well especially the receptionist named Van. Not only the room but also recommended some tour and showed me how to be around Da Nang. Because of her kind assistance, my stay there was really wonderful- so it will be my precious memory. Friendly staff; very nice infinity pool; variety of different choices for breakfast buffet.We take shower instead of bath, water spill everywhere and no place to hold the shower head properly

Staff very polite,very clean hotel.The shower and bath was not safe for anyone, very easy to fall (We found it not comfortable to get in the bath,sorry but not safe) shower head make the whole bathroom wet. The safe should be in a high position, Not down the floor.Just think about anyone young or old with a back surgery or back pain ..how hard it is!!! The staff need to make sure to understand what we ask before to do anything or answer, .... a bit of misunderstanding.
