The hostess family was kind and helpful beyond words. The neighborhood was great.Like many hotel beds in Asia, it was too firm for our taste. It was a bit out of the way for easy walking to the city center

Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms and quiet.Location: it’s nearby the citadel but we figured out there are more vibrant parts in Hue.

Great location, super friendly and useful hosts, they provide great traditional foods with very cheap cost. You can feel like home when come here!Everything is super, but making some art decor for rooms is better.

The manager Linh was lovely as were all the staff. She has good English which is valuable in terms of building relationships and useful for finding information. She has created a map with nearby restaurants and recommended dishes which is a handy resource. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were delicious as was the ginger tea. The courtyard was relaxing and a lovely hub.We enjoyed the location in a leafy local area of town. However it did mean we had to take more taxis than we did in other cities we visited. I did not like the touristy/ backpacker areas so that was a relief for me but if you are seeking that it might be a factor.

There was a big garden, the breakfast very good included in the price and the staff is really helpful, the location just incredible.There were some minor points to improve, the sink was not working well, there were no complete sheets in the bed...
