Good location near My Khe beach, nice clean and modern room, great extra with the SWIMMING POOL on the roof. Amazing staff were a real help, especially when I need to post something urgently. They went to the post office for me and sorted it all out. Great customer service.Nothing

Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Hotel is 3 min from My Khe Beach. Really great hotel:).

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, in Asia. The shower was great. It had 3 different features. Water temp and pressure were great. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Ruby and the other girls were so helpful. Anything thing I needed was taken care of. They would text me to see if I needed anything and to make sure I wanted my room cleaned. Some days I didn’t because I stayed in the room that day. The girls even attempted to help me ship some stuff back home to the US. I decided it was too expensive so I ended up not doing so, but they went out their way to get someone from DHL to the hotel to weigh and pack my stuff. They even let me leave my suitcase there after I checked out, until I returned from Hoi An, a couple days later. The room was so huge and comfortable. I felt like I was living there and just renting it like an apartment. So close to great little restaurants and cafes. I had the best pedicure I ever had at the nail salon/spa next door. I will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Da Nang.The WiFi went out twice but it was brief and they had someone fixing it right away.

The view was nice, and mostly the room was really spacious and bright including a little table to be able to work. WiFi was good enough. The bed was super confy.Hot shoWer wasn't working in our bathroom, but they offered to change room.

The room is very comfortable and the pool on the roof is an excellent stop for rest and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Ruby and the rest of the staff are marvelous. We’d only booked one night but will be staying many more.Unfortunately, there is not yet a restaurant/bar on the property, but that situation is to change soon.
